MAGIC WITHIN - It’s my pleasure to Invite you today to a time of reflection. Please grab a piece of paper and a pen. Try to take centring breath and call to mind all the ways you feel or think “you are not enough” in someone else’s eyes.
Would encourage you to write down sentences – one for each way you are “not enough” alternating these sentences with God’s words “I love you.” (For example: “I can’t get my weight to where I want it to be. I love you. I failed my job interview. I love you. I am heading for a divorce. I love you.”) After you have written down your sentences, please spend some time praying what you have written, and hearing God’s words in between. Encourage you to take your time with this prayer and remind you that at some point you might find yourselves moving off the paper as you spend time with God.
