MY CONFIRMATION JOURNEY - I am due to complete the ‘Confirmation journey’ this Sunday. I have really enjoyed the Confirmation course. The sessions have been well organised and carefully planned. The subjects that we covered were interesting and thought provoking and, at times, they generated lots of discussions and heated debates! By attending this course, I feel that it has increased my understanding of my faith. I have particularly enjoyed hearing about other people’s journeys and experiences of their faith, and what being a Catholic means to them.
It has been a lot of fun being with other people my age and discussing issues with them. Thank you, Anne, Fr George and all the other people involved in organising this course.
I’m looking forward to Sunday and having lots of family and friends in the church to celebrate this special occasion with me.
